Lithium batteries have high energy ratio, light weight, small volume, high cycle life, high safety, High voltage, good consistency and so on. The lithium battery pack design scheme is composed of imported large-capacity lithium iron phosphate cells, metal casings, and LED digital display screens. The scheme supports 30C discharge, the charge retention rate is ≥ 80%, and the capacity retention rate is ≥ 80%. The automatic protection device with a temperature of 65 °C can meet the power demand of the instrument for a long time and is being widely used in different fields.
The specific design requirements are as follows:
1) Design requirements for lithium battery pack models:
①72V120Ah ②96V120Ah ③110V120Ah
2) Design requirements of the circuit part:
1. Single overvoltage protection value: 3.7V
2. Overvoltage release value: 3.65V
3. Single under-voltage protection value: 2.5V
4. Undervoltage release value: 2.7V
5. Instantaneous discharge current: 500A
6. The finished battery also has short circuit and reverse charge protection.
3) Design requirements for battery cycle life: 5000 times (national standard charge and discharge standard).

2. Design scheme of lithium battery for military unmanned ship:
1) Protection board (PCM): It is mainly a protection circuit designed for the rechargeable lithium battery pack. Due to the chemical characteristics of the lithium battery itself, it needs to provide intelligent power calculation, overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent and other protection functions. To avoid fire, explosion and other hazards.
2) Lithium iron phosphate battery 3.7V Li-ion cell.
